Sycamore Valley Park

SFE provided public workshop facilitation, master plan development, construction documents and construction administration for this 45-acre community park.  The master plan includes the integration of a new elementary school, day care facility and town corporation yard with the active and passive recreational facilities of the park.  The master plan addressed complex geotechnical conditions and the creation of an upstream wetland mitigation area.

Project Features include: Lighted and Unlighted Baseball, Softball, Little League and Soccer Fields; Children’s Play Area and Wet Play Area; Tennis and Basketball Courts; Restroom Building; Open Meadow Areas with Group and Family Picnic Facilities; Pond and Fountain.
