This project focuses on four target areas along International Boulevard in East Oakland. David Evans served as the managing principal for Freedman, Tung and Bottomley, during the concept design and public facilitation phase. The project study area includes over 10 blocks of streetscape improvements with a specific focus on the transit plazas along International Boulevard at the intersection with 73rd and Durant Avenue.
