The Plumas Avenue Improvement Project is a seven block streetscape renovation in the heart of the downtown shopping district.  As the project landscape architects, SFE provided technical support, construction document preparation and construction administration to the lead urban design firm of Freedman, Tung and Bottomley (FTB). Our understanding of FTB’s approach to downtown revitalization and streetscape design enhances our ability to prepare construction documents that express the FTB design intent, and insure a construction process that protects the interests of the design team and FTB’s public agency clients.
