The Cinema Streetscape Improvement Project is a five block streetscape renovation of a new downtown shopping and cinema district in the heart of Redwood City.  As the project landscape architects, SFE provided technical support, construction document preparation and construction administration to the lead urban design firm of Freedman, Tung and Bottomley (FTB). Our understanding of FTB’s approach to downtown revitalization and streetscape design enhance our ability to prepare construction documents that express the FTB design intent, and insure a construction process that protects the interests of the design team and FTB’s public agency clients.
