David Evans serves as the managing principal of project design for SFE's public and private improvement projects. David’s design approach grows from an understanding of the unique political, economic and physical conditions influencing project design.  His professional history includes community development, recreational planning, report and specific plan preparation, public facilitation, street, plaza and park design, construction document management and construction administration.
