Philip Singer, Principal

Philip Singer is the founding principal of SFE, and contributes a broad range of professional skills to our public improvement projects. Philip is the managing principal for many of the firm's park and recreation projects, and typically provides project management, public facilitation, commission/council presentation, project design and construction drawing and specification oversight. Philip's project experience spans the range from regional trail system master plans and large community parks, to small neighborhood parks, playgrounds and skate parks. In addition to Philip's expertise in park and recreation projects, he also leads our "state of the art" sports field design and construction document practice.
