Fallon Road Sports Park

SFE prepared concept alternatives for the Fallon Road Sports Park as a component of our update of the Dublin Parks and Recreation Master Plan.  The concept alternatives helped to identify the site constraints and to determine the quantity and type of potential sport facilities.  Issues like access and parking, pedestrian circulation, the location of alternative sports facilities such as BMX tracks and dog run areas, restroom locations and open, passive use areas were integrated into the concept alternatives.  These alternatives helped the city decide to accept the site from the developer as a viable community-scale sports park.
