SFE acted as a liaison between the Freedom High School Parents Club and the Liberty Union School District in the development of a design program.  SFE went on to prepare a long range master plan and construction documents for the Freedom High School Athletic Complex.  The project bid on budget and was completed in 2004.

Project Features include: Synthetic turf football field; All-weather track; Field house and bleachers; Snack bar, restrooms and public plaza; Baseball field bleachers; and Improved accessibility.
